1. Define and execute the global e-commerce vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with brand objectives.
2. Position the online boutique as a flagship retail channel, delivering luxury storytelling, service excellence, and seamless integration with all client touchpoints.
3. Own and manage the global e-commerce P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
4. Set and monitor key performance indicators (sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, CLV, Drive-to-Store), ensuring strong omnichannel synergies between online and offline channels.
5. Champion a best-in-class luxury digital client experience across the full journey, from discovery to post-purchase service.
6. Lead advanced personalization strategies, including the deployment of data-driven tools, product recommendations, and content optimization.
7. Partner with Media and CRM teams to drive qualified traffic, optimize conversion and retention, and ensure strong performance aligned with brand DNA.
8. Leverage performance data and analytics to optimize the customer journey and inform commercial and marketing decisions.
9. Lead the global e-commerce team, fostering collaboration, agility, innovation, and a healthy work environment.
10. Partner cross-functionally with Retail, CRM, Digital Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, and Communication teams to ensure aligned execution and operational excellence.

1. 10+ years of experience in luxury or premium e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Proven track record of managing large-scale online businesses (multi-market, multi-category).
3. Strong P&L management experience and analytical acumen.
4. Deep understanding of luxury retail customer behavior, omnichannel dynamics, and digital innovation.
5. Experience working in a global matrix organization.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Italian or French) are a plus.
