Bvlgari Marketing and Client Development Project Manager

- Define and develop the marketing strategy and plan for retail, wholesale, and omnichannel, including e-commerce, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing & Event Project Manager.
- Act as a coordinator, supporting boutique and merchandising teams in plan deployment and activations.
- Collaborate with the Wholesale Director to support and challenge multi-brand partners in executing support operations.
- Monitor marketing budgets in coordination with the Trade Marketing & Event Project Manager and finance department.
- Develop and oversee e-commerce actions and recruitment and loyalty strategies.
- Create and manage an innovative annual event plan, coordinating all levels of implementation and analyzing results.
- Develop and execute clienteling action plans to enhance customer relationships and business growth.
- Formulate CRM strategy for the entire boutique network, implementing annual action plans aligned with retail strategy.
- Conduct CRM challenges to improve customer and prospect performance, manage CRM plan deployment, and train retail teams in clienteling tools.
- Passion for marketing and operational deployment.
- Comfortable with CRM and budgetary topics.
- Creativity and excellence in execution and organization.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and 360° vision.
- Higher education in business school with a marketing specialization.
- Rigorous, agile, and flexible.
- Experience in multi-project environments with strong initiative.
- Positive attitude towards change.
- Expert in the luxury sector with 5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong initiative and creativity.
- Excellent organizational and execution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years in the luxury sector, with expertise in marketing and client development.
Higher education in business school with a marketing specialization.
