Bvlgari HR Executive

- Prepare HR management processes in accordance with company procedures.
- Generate various HR-related reports as requested by management.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Manage HR systems, including HQ database and local payroll systems.
- Prepare monthly payroll and annual tax filings for permanent staff; monitor contractor payroll.
- Analyze compensation and benefits results and propose recommendations to HR manager.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and collaborate with regional teams to validate data.
- Manage group insurance inquiries and submissions.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of orientation programs for office and sales staff.
- Support the execution of mandatory and ad hoc training programs.
- Facilitate team-building activities and other local training programs.
- Design and implement employee relations projects to enhance engagement and retention.
- Provide consultancy to management on HR-related issues.
- Conduct effective candidate searches through various channels.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Arrange interviews and conduct candidate assessments.
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and a good command of English.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR-related experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Team player with self-motivation.
- Ability to be a good business partner and fast learner.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles is required.
University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
