1. Prepare various HR-related reports based on management requests.
2. Support performance appraisal processes.
3. Manage HR systems, including HQ database and local payroll system.
4. Prepare monthly payroll and annual tax filing for permanent staff and monitor contractor payroll.
5. Analyze compensation and benefits results and propose improvements.
6. Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and validate data.
7. Manage group insurance inquiries and submissions.
8. Assist in the preparation and implementation of orientation and training programs.
9. Execute team-building activities and local training programs.
10. Design and implement employee relations projects to enhance engagement and retention.
11. Provide assistance and consultancy to management on HR-related issues.
12. Conduct effective recruitment and selection processes.
13. Review resumes, screen candidates, and arrange interviews.

1. University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related major.
2. Fluency in Mandarin and good command of English.

Minimum 5 years of HR-related working experience.
