1. Oversee daily and monthly financial monitoring and manage monthly and quarterly closings.
2. Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
3. Drive financial planning initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
4. Serve as a business partner to the local team, providing financial oversight and support.
5. Review P&L with the Mexico Corporate Team to understand drivers and educate teams to drive results.
6. Partner with local and New York accounting teams to ensure accurate financial entries and reclassifications.
7. Create and update Mexico P&L, providing detailed explanations of monthly variances to leadership.
8. Reconcile the ledger and prepare necessary accruals.
9. Participate in quarterly inventory and publish monthly sales reports to landlords.
10. Reconcile invoicing with actual sales and improve internal financial controls and processes.
11. Collaborate with corporate teams on budgeting and forecasting, ensuring comprehensive understanding of budgets.
12. Provide financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and collaborate on long-term financial planning.
13. Oversee training and development programs to enhance financial acumen across departments.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a retail or luxury environment.
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

2. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial insights and strategic recommendations.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance, with a preference for experience in the retail or luxury sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
