- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met during store visits.
- Enhance relationships with top-tier clients, delivering personalized and seamless experiences across categories to achieve commercial success.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the clienteling action plan at the store level to enhance retention, cross-selling, and recruitment.
- Support the Store Director in promoting a client-centric culture within the store.
- Assist retail teams in the growth and development of high-end client segments.
- Monitor clienteling KPIs monthly and coordinate action plans to improve performance.
- Coordinate invitation lists and logistics for in-store activations and client treatments.
- Assist in creating and developing client engagement programs at the store level.
- Collaborate with headquarters to plan and execute key projects for the store.
- Foster a tailored outreach mindset, providing daily support to Client Advisors.
- Encourage a team mindset focused on nurturing client relationships both in-store and externally.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in project management and analytical skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as SAP CRM, Oracle, SQL Server, and MS Access.
- Strong customer orientation and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical information into actionable opportunities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
