Bvlgari Client Engagement & Experience Manager

- Interact and build relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met during store visits.
- Contribute to defining the clienteling action plan and coordinate its implementation at the store level to enhance retention, elevation, cross-selling, and recruitment.
- Support the Store Director in fostering a client-centric culture at the store.
- Assist retail teams in the growth and development of various high-end client segments.
- Monitor clienteling KPIs monthly, ensuring comprehension and coordinating action plans to improve them.
- Coordinate invitation lists for in-store activations.
- Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of client treatments in-store.
- Assist in creating and developing programs for client engagement at the store level.
- Collaborate with head office stakeholders to plan and execute key projects for the store.
- Cultivate a tailored outreach mindset, providing daily support and follow-up with each Client Advisor.
- Develop a team mindset focused on nurturing client relationships both in-store and externally, creating personalized experiences that connect clients to the Bulgari brand and lifestyle.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client engagement or a related field.
- Project management expertise
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as SAP CRM, Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access, and database management services
- Customer orientation
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical information into understandable opportunities
- Flexibility
A minimum of 3 years of experience in client engagement or a related field is required.
