1. Lead discussions with client advisors on client journey mapping, understanding client needs, and coaching on relationship development.
2. Strengthen store teams' client recruitment and retention capabilities through effective outreach and relationship building.
3. Develop strategies to increase customer traffic and client development, including local boutique activations and partnerships.
4. Maintain partnerships with CRM, Events, High-End, and Training teams to drive in-store client strategy and ensure data alignment with regional priorities.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, marketing, or CRM, with a focus on client engagement.
2. Experience in luxury retail or service industry preferred.
3. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

1. Excellent communication skills across multicultural teams.
2. Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate responses clearly.
3. Planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in retail management, marketing, or CRM roles, focusing on client engagement and community building, preferably within the luxury sector.
