- Deliver an exceptional, consistent and personalised client experience across all touchpoints (in‑store, remote sales, e‑commerce, click & collect).
- Proactively identify client needs, recommend tailored solutions and convert opportunities to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through structured clienteling and a maintained network of contacts to foster repeat purchase.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and follow‑up activities in the dedicated systems; perform qualitative and quantitative portfolio follow‑up.
- Master Maison product knowledge (jewellery, watches, accessories) and services to provide sophisticated storytelling and advise clients confidently.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve client requests and coordinate after‑sales or special service requirements in a timely manner.
- Support store operations and administrative processes including data entry, product receiving, daily closures, stock counts, AFSS processing, reservation management and transfers.
- Adopt and leverage digital clienteling tools and e‑commerce workflows (wishlists, personalised catalogues, private appointment follow‑ups) to optimise client engagement.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a client advisor or sales role, ideally within high‑end luxury jewellery, watches or boutique retail.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is a strong asset and additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a demonstrable ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of SAP is required.

5–10 years in luxury retail or boutique sales, with prior exposure to high‑end jewellery or watch boutiques preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or higher education in retail, luxury goods, hospitality or a related discipline is desirable.
