Bulgari in Istanbul seeks a Local Sales Trainer (Türkiye) to deliver sales training and on‑floor coaching across mono‑brand boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and deliver local sales training programmes for Store Managers and sales teams across mono‑brand boutiques, focusing on high‑end selling, brand knowledge and JWA collections.
  • Provide on‑the‑floor coaching and follow‑up to ensure training adoption and measurable improvements in selling behaviours and client experience.
  • Support Store Managers in developing leadership and coaching capabilities, and deliver onboarding programmes for new Client Advisors and Store Managers.
  • Coordinate execution of internal and external training initiatives, manage logistics, scheduling, venue setup and store readiness for local and international sessions.
  • Cascade, adapt and translate corporate training content to local market priorities; manage post‑training action plans and sustainment activities.
  • Maintain accurate training records and dashboards; define target audiences and ensure sessions are tracked and reported.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising and HR to align training with commercial priorities, collection action plans and soft skills development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales training or coaching within retail; experience in luxury watches & jewellery strongly preferred.
  • Proven understanding of mono‑brand retail operations and client experience standards.
  • Fluent English (mandatory) and strong command of Turkish.
  • Excellent facilitation, on‑the‑job coaching, observation and feedback skills.
  • Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities; able to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders.
  • High commercial awareness of the luxury market, with impact, flexibility and effective negotiation skills.
