- Provide an elevated, luxurious shopping experience to clients, ensuring their dreams are realized and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Support the efficient operation of the boutique by collaborating with peers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and drive key performance indicators to new heights.
- Welcome all clients and prospects, offering an extraordinary service experience regardless of their purpose for visiting.
- Listen to and understand clients' needs, offering tailored advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers with the brand.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques for a unique shopping experience.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.
- Register client data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Perform all CRM one-to-one activities.
- Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities, acting as a proactive point of reference for customers.
- Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
- Saudi Arabian nationality required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within Bulgari or a similar luxury/fashion brand
- Experience in marketing and customer relationship management techniques
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Integrity and respect to ensure operational effectiveness
- Business awareness and networking ability to build client base
- Knowledge of Bulgari products and store procedures is advantageous
