- Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely execution of repairs in accordance with Bulgari Care Service standards.
- Oversee the repair order process, ensuring accuracy in technical evaluations, authenticity checks, spare parts identification, and cost estimates.
- Monitor repair status and maintain updated data on cost estimates, spare parts, and work progress in the relevant system.
- Collaborate with the Regional Care Service Manager to align on repair strategies, quality control measures, and team performance metrics.
- Ensure continuous training of the team on repair techniques, product knowledge, and new tools or processes.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring repairs meet or exceed Care Service standards, and perform regular efficiency checks.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including performance evaluation, setting objectives, and providing coaching and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating and developing team members to achieve excellence.
- Ensure appropriate levels of tools, spare parts, and documentation are maintained for effective repair processes.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical standards, product repairs, and after-sales service objectives.
- Strong technical expertise in product repair processes and techniques.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams to meet operational and service level objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of repair tracking systems (e.g., AFFS, SAP) and related administrative processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
