Bvlgari B2B Customer Service Representative

- Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and KPIs.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, leveraging all available resources effectively.
- Proactively anticipate client needs, taking full ownership of the portfolio.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to customer orders and delivery processes, including pricing and product availability concerns.
- Oversee claims and reverse logistics for the client portfolio.
- Provide management and sales teams with reports and information related to the assigned market and other CS Department activities.
- Ensure a luxurious order experience for clients, consistent with Bulgari's brand standards.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
