Bvlgari Area Sales Executive

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets by working closely with retailers on sell-in and sell-out strategies.
- Drive business development with retail and POS teams, including Client Advisors and regional stakeholders.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including turnover and OPEX management for key accounts.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and stock data to make strategic adjustments and improve sales.
- Develop and implement exit strategies for discontinued products and manage stock flow of promotional items.
- Oversee sales budgets, support budgets, and budget planning, leveraging marketing calendars and promotional plans.
- Forecast product demand for both baseline and new products, with quarterly revisions.
- Explore new growth opportunities to drive the perfume business and manage OPEX effectively.
- Monitor and manage collateral allocations and product flow to stores.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely invoicing and receipt.
- Develop strong professional relationships with key accounts and lead account strategy.
- Gather and analyze market data to become an expert on the geographical zone.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with clients and manage contract renewals for Travel Retail accounts.
- Recruit, manage, and train Brand's Client Advisors, setting monthly goals and ensuring staff appearance guidelines are followed.
- Coach and motivate selling teams to meet or exceed sales plans.
- Ensure brand presentation and retail excellence across multiple channels, planning and executing promotional activities.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the perfume, beauty, or service industry within a retail environment, preferably in Travel Retail.
- Experience in account management or buying.
- Demonstrated negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Word proficiency is also required.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Capability to propose and lead new ideas to completion in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage teams.
- Strong selling skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with agility and a strong sense of urgency.
- Aptitude for developing strong relationships built on respect and trust.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within the perfume, beauty, or service industry, preferably in a retail environment.
