- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming boutique environment.
- Support after-sales clients with solutions aligned with Maison values.
- Assist ecommerce clients and manage phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and arranging correspondence.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
- Demonstrate expertise in high jewelry, including unique pieces, to drive sales.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through expert clienteling.
- Collaborate with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and manage client data, consistently following up to build relationships.
- Resolve client issues and escalated matters appropriately.
- Support in-store and off-site events, developing community relationships to enhance brand awareness.
- Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, and communicate maintenance issues.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, ensuring audit readiness.
- Respond to operational requests from the Corporate Team in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual integrity of vitrines and boutique aesthetics.
- Perform special projects as designated by boutique management.
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred experience in luxury retail or hospitality sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of high-end client service.

Salary range: $28 - $35 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
