Buccellati Marketing & Communication Coordinator

- Coordinate marketing calendars and ensure alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the high jewelry and luxury sectors.
- Liaise with retail teams to support in-boutique marketing activities and collateral development.
- Manage coordination with PR agencies and media partners.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, brand kits, and media assets.
- Track media coverage and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Support influencer and VIP gifting initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of VIP events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Coordinate event logistics, guest lists, and post-event analysis.
- Work closely with HQ and local vendors to ensure high-quality execution in line with brand image.
- Perform administrative duties such as vendor registration, invoice processing, and shipping supplies.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or beauty sector.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese luxury consumer and retail landscape.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills in both Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and social media tools is a plus.
- Passion for luxury, fine craftsmanship, and Italian heritage brands.
- Open communication and team player.
- Can-do mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or beauty sector.
