1. Implement and maintain boutique operating policies and procedures.
2. Perform inventory control and quality control of merchandise.
3. Prepare reports and provide strategic analysis for boutique network goals.
4. Manage building maintenance and vendor shipments.
5. Facilitate memo/consignment processes and inventory accuracy.
6. Organize storage of jewelry and accessories.
7. Oversee incoming and outgoing repairs and ensure client satisfaction.
8. Ensure compliance with security and operational policies.
9. Participate in product inventories and cycle counts.
10. Assist with sales and client interactions on the selling floor.

1. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
4. Must be able to lift 20+ pounds.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
6. 5+ years of experience in jewelry or luxury product sales and operations preferred.
7. College degree preferred.
8. Additional language skills are a plus.

1. Advanced knowledge of SAP.
2. Excellent computer skills.

Expected salary range: $26 - $30 per hour. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
