- Monitor and track atelier performance using key manufacturing KPIs.
- Lead manufacturing controlling projects across six production sites, contributing to the digitalization of industrial controlling processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate industrial budgets and forecasts.
- Develop budgets, estimates, and rolling forecasts in compliance with financial frameworks, managing reporting in the Richemont consolidation system (Anaplan).
- Support the Senior Manufacturing Controller on SAP product costing projects, providing detailed cost analysis for jewelry and silver production.
- Monitor production progress to maximize product availability and ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze production costs, margins, and product costs, and manage stock and inventory activities. Communicate monthly results to the manufacturing organization.
- Foster proactive collaboration with all industrial departments.
- Establish and implement appropriate internal control systems to support activities effectively.
- Degree in scientific fields such as Finance or Management Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment or with Big Four firms.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4/H, particularly in sub-modules related to Manufacturing Controlling (SAP CO/FI/PP/MM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
- Excellent relational skills with the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences.
- Problem-solving orientation with a focus on working by objectives.
- Ability to work under pressure with integrity and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a high-change environment.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment or with Big Four firms.
Degree in scientific fields such as Finance or Management Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
