1. Monitor and track atelier performance using key manufacturing KPIs.
2. Lead manufacturing controlling projects across six production sites, contributing to the digitalization of industrial controlling processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate industrial budgets and forecasts.
4. Develop budgets, estimates, and rolling forecasts in compliance with financial frameworks, managing reporting in the Richemont consolidation system (Anaplan).
5. Support the Senior Manufacturing Controller on SAP product costing projects, providing detailed cost analysis for jewelry and silver production.
6. Monitor production progress to maximize product availability and ensure on-time delivery.
7. Analyze production costs, margins, and product costs, and manage stock and inventory activities. Communicate monthly results to the manufacturing organization.
8. Foster proactive collaboration with all industrial departments.
9. Establish and implement appropriate internal control systems to support activities effectively.

1. Degree in scientific fields such as Finance or Management Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment or with Big Four firms.

1. Strong knowledge of SAP S4/H, particularly in sub-modules related to Manufacturing Controlling (SAP CO/FI/PP/MM).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
4. Excellent relational skills with the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences.
5. Problem-solving orientation with a focus on working by objectives.
6. Ability to work under pressure with integrity and a positive, can-do attitude.
7. Flexibility and adaptability in a high-change environment.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment or with Big Four firms.
