- Interface with clients via email or telephone, ensuring the highest level of customer service consistent with boutique standards.
- Handle inbound calls and emails, greeting customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
- Provide written responses to customer inquiries regarding package status, returns, repairs, cost estimates, and service timelines.
- Process and complete all orders and returns generated on the E-Commerce platform.
- Support the implementation and optimization of customer service workflows.
- Address special demands or complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor the Maison inbox daily.
- Coordinate with boutiques, repair sites, and warehouses to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to support business operations.
- One to three years of experience preferred, particularly in luxury retail or E-Commerce.
- Ability to convey and project the luxurious image of Buccellati through expression and attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
- Comfortable with digital platforms and quick to learn new systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Brand HQ and internal departments.
- Service-oriented attitude with conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the development of Customer Service and E-Commerce.

One to three years of experience in luxury retail or E-Commerce is preferred.
$28 - $33 hourly, based on relevant skills and experience.
