1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations.
2. Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
4. Provide feedback and coaching to the team to enhance performance.
5. Ensure optimal scheduling to maintain proper coverage.
6. Liaise with the Corporate office regarding stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
7. Represent the Maison as an ambassador and network within the community.
8. Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail, particularly in high jewelry or related fields.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a sales team.
