- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current business trends, including market insights on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Store Manager to boost sales.
- Lead daily store meetings to communicate current business trends and updates.
- Conduct training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and company resources.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with all store personnel and relevant corporate office staff.
- Monitor and track client appointments, ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Collaborate with operations, loss prevention, and visual merchandising, adhering to and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including schedule management, inventory, cash management, and store maintenance.
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
- Foster a positive and professional team environment that promotes trust and integrity.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in the retail industry, with luxury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to business needs.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for men’s formalwear.
- Specialization in Made-To-Measure is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 2 years in sales management within the retail sector, ideally within the luxury industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
