1. Lead and develop the tailor shop staff in collaboration with Store Management, focusing on coaching and team development.
2. Coordinate daily and weekly workflow within the tailor shop to ensure optimal productivity and craftsmanship.
3. Manage the handling and processing of individual garments, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.
4. Communicate effectively with Store Management and sales staff regarding garment timelines and client expectations.
5. Oversee clerical and administrative functions, including ticketing, agenda management, tailoring logs, and COG records.
6. Maintain tailor shop equipment and supplies in coordination with Operations Support.
7. Ensure all garments meet the highest quality standards before leaving the tailor shop, focusing on finishing, ironing, and presentation.
8. Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions, including leading measurements and fittings for bespoke, made-to-measure, and ready-to-wear garments.
9. Assist sales staff during the selling ceremony to enhance client satisfaction and close transactions.
10. Advise clients on fit and fabrications, ensuring personalized recommendations that meet their specific needs.

1. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on tailoring experience, specializing in bespoke garments.
2. Background in men's suiting.
3. Experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company.

1. Strong communication skills, with Italian language proficiency preferred.
2. Ability to visualize client sizing and recommend precise alteration solutions.

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on tailoring experience, particularly in bespoke garments, is required. Experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company is essential.

Base pay ranges from $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
