Brioni Store Supervisor

- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current business trends, including market insights on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Exhibit sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor and ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Store Manager to enhance sales.
- Lead daily store meetings to communicate business trends and updates, addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and company resources.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with store personnel and relevant corporate office staff.
- Monitor and oversee client appointments to ensure an elevated client experience.
- Collaborate with operations, loss prevention, and visual merchandising while enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including schedule management, inventory, cash management, and store maintenance.
- Address employee relations issues and performance management as the first level of support.
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Foster a positive and professional team environment that promotes trust and integrity.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for men’s formalwear.
- Specialization in Made-To-Measure is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 2 years in sales management within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Base salary ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.
