- Exceed sales targets by building and maintaining a robust client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop immediate and long-term goal plans.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events.
- Maintain awareness of local and luxury market trends and monitor competition.
- Build relationships with local and VIP clients.
- Ensure exemplary customer service and resolve customer issues diplomatically.
- Adhere to and reinforce the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Manage store upkeep and maintenance, addressing necessary building work and cleaning.
- Assist in managing store operations while minimizing costs.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate in-store training and ensure staff knowledge meets high standards.
- Conduct annual staff appraisals and set individual development objectives.
- Understand staff training needs and liaise with HR to implement training.
- Regularly update staff on business performance and new initiatives.
- Coordinate staff schedules and monitor absences to ensure adequate coverage.
