1. Contribute to team objectives by achieving sales targets set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
3. Exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book effectively to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
6. Gather and report market information, including new trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the wider company.
8. Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly communicate any issues or risks.

1. Experience in a sales position
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
3. Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
4. Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons
