1. Contribute to team success by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to post-purchase.
3. Meet and exceed CRM and customer retention objectives.
4. Utilize the Client Book to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
6. Gather and report market information on trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the wider company.
8. Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

1. Experience in a sales position.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
