- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
- Utilize the Client Book effectively to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Expand the customer base by creating and cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather and report market information, including trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly report any issues or risks.
- Experience in a sales position.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.

Previous experience in a sales role is required.
