- Establish and nurture positive client relationships from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and exceed retention and CRM targets.
- Meet store management goals by contributing to team efforts.
- Effectively utilize the Client Book to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and cultivate a network of contacts (hotels, personal shoppers, tour guides, etc.) to proactively recruit new clients and enhance brand image.
- Gather market information on new trends, events, activities, and competitor products.
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the wider company.
- Implement inventory procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing potential issues and risks.
- Open and close the store.
- Maintain awareness of store inventory levels.
- Schedule monthly cycle counts and follow up on findings.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in the Bespoke area, ensuring fabrics are updated and key garments are maintained; consistently uphold bespoke visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury brand sales position.
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge of formal menswear.
- Strong understanding of high-end fashion.
- Specialization in Made-to-Measure (MTM) is an advantage.
- Listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural context.

- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and festive season.
A minimum of 3 years in a luxury brand sales role is required.
