Brioni Sales Advisor

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and retention objectives.
- Contribute to team goals as set by Store Management.
- Utilize the Client Book to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni standards and promptly report any issues or risks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of men's formalwear.
- Understanding of the high-end fashion sector.
- Specialization in Made-to-Measure (MTM) is advantageous.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and a range of shifts.
A minimum of 3 years in a luxury brand sales position is required.
$24.00 per hour plus commission.
