1. Contribute to team goals set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
3. Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book effectively to maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
6. Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
8. Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

1. Experience in a sales position.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
