1. Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to post-purchase.
3. Exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
6. Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitors' activities and products.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the company.
8. Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly communicate any issues or risks.

1. Experience in a sales position.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
2. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
3. Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
4. Strong listening and communication skills.

Candidates must have prior experience in a sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering customer relationships.
