1. Contribute to team objectives by achieving sales targets set by the Store Manager.
2. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
3. Exceed CRM and customer retention goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
5. Expand the customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
6. Gather and report market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
8. Implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards and procedures, promptly addressing any issues.

1. Experience in a sales position.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
2. Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
3. Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday periods.
4. Strong listening and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.

8. Sense of ownership and responsibility.

Candidates must have prior experience in a sales position.
