- Collaborate with DOS and Outlet stores to ensure efficient purchases and optimal stock levels to maximize sales potential.
- Develop buying strategies that reflect commercial trends while maintaining a consistent brand image.
- Build a robust product assortment to maintain a competitive edge and meet market demand.
- Participate in the retail buying process across all categories and seasons for the European market.
- Identify opportunities to maximize sales and enhance product performance.
- Provide ongoing buying feedback to store managers and sales teams.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to address product needs, concerns, and opportunities.
- Analyze and report on product and collection performance based on store sales and local market trends.
- Monitor sales results and provide data-driven recommendations for DOS and Outlet stores.
- Review sales performance regularly to support key business decisions.
- Manage purchases and reorders strategically, aligning fashion trends with customer buying behavior.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Buying or Retail Merchandising department, preferably in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills with the ability to monitor business performance and interpret data.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, market dynamics, and industry competitors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with sales monitoring systems.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
3–5 years of experience in a Buying or Retail Merchandising department, preferably in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
