Brioni Reporting and Compliance Intern

- Support annual and periodic sustainability reporting activities, including preparation and consolidation of datasets for internal Group reports and external disclosures.
- Collect, validate and document ESG data and KPI inputs, ensuring traceability and accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update progress‑tracking tools to monitor Brioni’s sustainability targets and roadmap milestones.
- Assist execution of compliance and due‑diligence processes, including administrative preparation for third‑party assessments and documentation reviews.
- Contribute to the update, organisation and maintenance of internal procedures, guidelines and compliance registers.
- Provide operational support for compliance programmes (policy updates, preparation of training materials, internal control documentation).
- Support the Legal Department with legal‑administrative tasks such as document archiving, contract tracking, preparation of standard documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or a related discipline; a Master in Green Management and Sustainability is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrable interest in sustainability, ESG and compliance topics.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with attention to detail.
- Organisational autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Internship level role; no specific professional experience required. Prior exposure to sustainability reporting, ESG data management, compliance processes or legal administrative work is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related field required; Master in Green Management and Sustainability or equivalent is a plus.
