- Lead the functional and technical evolution of Brioni's digital commerce in China, collaborating with the Worldwide E-Commerce Manager to define development roadmaps for WeChat and brioni.cn.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for technical upgrades and new feature releases, ensuring efficient project launches.
- Provide comprehensive project management reporting and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the primary testing agent for digital commerce platforms, overseeing quality assurance.
- Coordinate digital commerce and marketing activities, including order fulfillment, content localization, and publication scheduling.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as WeChat, Baidu, and email, optimizing product displays and SEO.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights and market research, implementing tactics for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute local digital CRM strategies in alignment with central functions, optimizing CRM mechanisms and KPIs.
- Support retail marketing and e-PR initiatives, enhancing brand awareness and driving traffic through strategic collaborations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing, with a sensitivity to luxury brands.
- Experience managing WeChat mini-programs and advertising.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Strong project management skills with a proven methodology.
- Demonstrated creativity in digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Experience with headless eCommerce and reporting tools is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing, with a focus on luxury brands.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
