1. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure departmental functionality and coordination.
2. Assist with PR sample logistics and movement with media and stylists.
3. Support the localization of marketing and PR materials.
4. Coordinate marketing material shipments to and from retail stores, ensuring timely delivery.
5. Research market trends and explore best practices on various channels such as websites, social media, and magazines.
6. Assist in the vendor payment application process.
7. Monitor and report on media coverage.
8. Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and maintaining shared digital assets.
9. Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.

1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

1. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Good organizational skills.
3. Proactive, positive, flexible, and hard-working.
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
6. Team player.

No prior experience required, but any relevant experience in PR or marketing is advantageous.

Bachelor's Degree required.
