1. Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure departmental efficiency and coordination.
2. Facilitate PR sample logistics and manage interactions with media and stylists.
3. Assist in the localization of marketing and PR materials.
4. Coordinate the shipment of marketing materials to and from retail locations, ensuring punctual delivery.
5. Conduct market trend research and analyze best practices across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and magazines.
6. Support the vendor payment application process.
7. Monitor and report on media coverage.
