Brioni HR Intern

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency liaison, and conducting interviews.
- Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution, card orders, and IT device coordination.
- Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
- Manage invoice processing, including signature collection and submission to Finance.
- Archive employee documents efficiently.
- Provide counseling support to managers and employees.
- Contribute to organizational and cultural change initiatives.
- Assist in addressing employee relations issues.
- Support the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
