1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency coordination, screening, and interviews.
2. Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution, card orders, and IT device allocation.
3. Maintain the Workday system, managing hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
4. Manage invoices, including signature collection and submission to Finance.
5. Archive employee documents.
6. Provide support and counsel to managers and employees.
7. Assist with organizational and cultural change initiatives.
8. Support employee relations issues.
9. Contribute to the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
10. Manage time attendance for EMEA boutiques.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
2. Master’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or similar is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Italian.
