Brioni Bespoke Ambassador

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, enhancing brand loyalty and image.
- Exceed CRM and retention targets.
- Achieve goals set by Atelier Management, contributing to team success.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
- Implement stock procedures per company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni standards, promptly addressing issues and risks.
- Maximize formalwear business results and KPIs through strategic actions.
- Manage atelier events and VIP services to attract new and existing customers.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in the Atelier, ensuring updated fabrics and consistent Bespoke Visual Merchandising.
- Collect and report feedback on products, customers, and competitors to refine brand-specific actions.
- Report bespoke figures and plan business on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail and formalwear.
- Proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of retail processes, markets, and competitors.
- Familiarity with luxury in-store and outdoor customer experiences.
- Passion for sartorial culture and clienteling techniques.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail and formalwear is required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
