Brioni Bespoke Ambassador

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, from initial contact to farewell, while building a network of contacts such as hotels, personal shoppers, and wedding planners to enhance brand image and drive business results.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and client retention goals.
- Contribute to team objectives by meeting goals set by Atelier Management.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni standards and procedures, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Identify and maximize the potential of the Atelier to enhance formalwear business results and KPIs.
- Work closely with the Regional Tailor to manage atelier events, clienteling actions, and VIP services.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the Atelier, ensuring fabrics and master garments are up-to-date and Bespoke Visual Merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Collect and relay feedback on products, customers, and competitors to the Assistant Store Manager to refine brand-specific actions and improve bespoke processes.
- Report bespoke figures and plan business activities on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and formalwear
- Proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of retail processes, markets, and competitors
- Familiarity with luxury in-store and outdoor customer experiences
- Passion for sartorial culture and clienteling techniques
- Commercial mindset

A minimum of 5 years in retail and formalwear is required.
