Brioni Assistant Store Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive and optimize sales performance, ensuring operational integrity and profitability.
- Achieve daily sales targets through effective planning and team direction, in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Lead morning meetings, coach store staff, monitor behavior, provide feedback, and support performance in line with Retail Excellence guidelines.
- Support the development of selling team members by providing monthly feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Identify and nurture talent within the store, implementing development plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Scout and attract market talent, maintaining and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
- Manage clienteling activities with a proactive approach, ensuring consistent customer service and leveraging CRM tools.
- Develop the selling team to maximize customer relationships.
- Act as a team reference point, facilitating new hire induction and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs with the Store Manager, defining and executing action plans.
- Ensure balanced floor coverage and appropriate zoning, efficiently planning and organizing activities.
- Train associates on current collection product knowledge to align with seasonal direction.
- Oversee operational E-Commerce and OMNI capabilities in partnership with relevant colleagues.
- Ensure smooth operations in stock management and tailor shop.
- 3-5 years of experience in a retail position within luxury boutiques, with menswear experience being advantageous.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Customer-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Coaching and development skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
3-5 years in luxury retail, with a focus on menswear preferred, and at least 2 years in a management role.
Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
