- Develop and implement strategies for client recruitment and retention in collaboration with leadership.
- Cultivate a network of influential clients locally and internationally to build a qualified client base.
- Propose tailored activations and experiences for diverse Californian communities to enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams to create market-relevant activities such as trunk shows and pop-up stores.
- Host and co-host cultural engagements as the ambassador of the House with celebrities and influencers.
- Drive the achievement of the store's sales and KPI targets.
- Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and exceed goals.
- Serve as a role model, promoting a client-centric attitude and professional demeanor.
- Motivate the team and contribute to building client relationships from recruitment to outreach activities.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings.
- Evaluate and address performance issues and actively recruit sales candidates.
- Train and develop sales associates, directing and monitoring training for all store personnel.
- Partner with Human Resources for employee performance reviews and manage scheduling and payroll.
- Maintain store standards, ensure healthy stock levels, and generate market intelligence.
- Report theft or suspected theft immediately and serve as the primary contact for corporate and store employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of retail supervisory experience in the luxury sector
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop business and client portfolios
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop new connections
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel for client activations and network development
- Professional in customer relations and service
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus
5-8 years of retail supervisory experience in the luxury sector is required.
Bachelor’s Degree
Base salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year
