1. Collect, structure, and analyze data to support operational improvements.
2. Design and develop dashboards to automate key performance indicators across various operational departments such as Supply, Industry, Purchasing, and Stones.
3. Optimize and structure operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
4. Manage data governance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
5. Actively collaborate in project management using methodologies such as SCRUM and AGILE.

1. Master's degree from an engineering or business school (Bac +5).
2. Curious and versatile mindset to tackle cross-functional topics.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Dynamic, committed, and capable of working independently.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBi, ERP, PLM, and Anaplan is a plus.
6. Fluency in English is appreciated.
7. Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry.
