- Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage and craftsmanship.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and personalized experiences.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences and anticipate their needs.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions and enable targeted outreach.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to create personalized and exclusive client events.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base.
- Actively network and engage with high-net-worth individuals and influencers to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Store management team to develop client initiatives.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.

Base pay of $35.00 - $40.00 per hour plus incentives.
