Boucheron Press, Celebrity & Influence Coordinator

- Execute Boucheron's PR, Influence, and Celebrity strategy within set timelines and budgets, as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Organize and manage collaborations with press, influencers, and celebrities, ensuring seamless logistics and activity monitoring.
- Align with the Senior Manager on PR strategy execution and timelines to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate media relations for shootings, press releases, and content sharing; manage press stock for smooth operations.
- Support product launches and store openings, contributing to organization and on-site delivery.
- Assist in executing the E-PR strategy for local and international activations, including red carpets and key events.
- Consolidate PR performance data on the DMR platform and prepare monthly reports for the Senior Manager.
- Deploy the Celebrity and Influence strategy for the Americas, following the local roadmap.
- Coordinate with high-profile influencers and brand ambassadors for product placement and collaboration tracking.
- Track and report on influencer partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Organize Boucheron's presence at key events and ceremonies, managing logistics, security, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on costs, timelines, and budget management.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and manage showroom logistics.
- Follow up on monthly expenses and submit reports to the Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR and partnerships within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building sustainable relationships internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious approach.
- Team player with the ability to adapt quickly.
A minimum of 2 years in public relations and partnerships within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Base salary of $70,000-$80,000 per year.
