- Manage and develop the boutique team alongside the Boutique Manager to enhance clienteling and operational excellence.
- Act as a liaison between staff and the Boutique Manager, ensuring the Maison's vision and strategy are communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager, Retail Manager, Training Team, and HR to create and implement action plans for staff development.
- Recruit talent necessary for the long-term stability and growth of the organization.
- Support the creation of work shifts and assign roles within the boutique.
- Ensure workplace safety and improve work conditions, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Analyze boutique performance and market conditions to define and review dynamic action plans to achieve KPIs.
- Optimize boutique performance and profitability.
- Plan and prepare work schedules with the Boutique Manager, assigning specific roles to staff and providing guidance and feedback.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through the Boucheron selling ceremony.
- Make appropriate decisions in the absence of the Boutique Manager, adhering to company regulations.
- Identify and address operational challenges within the boutique to improve outcomes.
- Oversee sales processes and record-keeping management.
- Maintain compliance with company rules, policies, and guidelines.
- Manage maintenance of boutique facilities and equipment.
- Conduct CRM analysis and execute timely actions in collaboration with the Retail and CRM Managers.
- Collaborate with internal departments and business partners to create and execute events that generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, including VICs, as an ambassador of the Maison.
- Over 3 years of management experience in the luxury industry with a strong understanding of luxury retail.
- Logical and analytical thinking skills for forecasting and strategy development.
- Adherence to compliance and employment regulations with professionalism and reliability.
- Business acumen with a high sensitivity to retail excellence.
- Flexibility and creativity in proposing ideas and working independently.
- Basic IT literacy or the ability to quickly learn necessary systems and applications.
