- Support the management team in identifying effective solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Encourage performance management and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to Bottega Veneta's policies and procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
- Pay attention to detail and ensure the boutique is well-organized and procedures are followed.
- Extend the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
- Build a privileged relationship with Client Advisors and contribute to a positive environment.
- Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.
- Previous managerial experience in retail.
- Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for selling ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Strong team spirit and listening skills.
Previous managerial experience in the retail sector is required.
