1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client experience.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and accurate.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections, utilizing company-provided training resources.
6. Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of fairness and respect among all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $21.00-22.00/hr, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
