Bottega Veneta Marketing Communications Executive

- Support the full spectrum of marketing communications activities.
- Plan, organize, and execute strategic and tactical regional marketing communications campaigns.
- Coordinate joint promotions, event management, and public relations activities.
- Assist in budget and expenses tracking effectively.
- Manage press samples and logistics within the region.
- Handle press queries, PR pitching, and marketing assets locally and regionally in collaboration with PR agencies.
- Liaise with vendors, freelancers, influencers, and celebrities.
- Deliver new ideas and follow up on campaign roll-out with post-results analysis.
- Quantify marketing, communications, and PR efforts and results for internal stakeholders and head office.
- Coordinate with regional media agency and corporate departments for marketing and advertising materials submissions.
- Collaborate with external agencies and mall marketing teams on marketing communication strategy implementation.
- Generate PR clippings, proposals, and other ad-hoc reports locally and regionally.
- Manage the marketing communications assistant on day-to-day activities.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in luxury, fashion, and marketing communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized with an eye for detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software.
- Social media and digital savvy.
- Positive disposition with a driven attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate, energetic, team player with a proactive and target-oriented approach.
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, online and offline advertising, public relations, and digital marketing is preferred.
Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
