Bottega Veneta HR Business Partner

- Provide comprehensive support in the talent acquisition process, including drafting advertisements, screening candidates, liaising with hiring managers, and preparing letters of appointment.
- Ensure seamless staff onboarding by preparing necessary documentation, system access, email accounts, and operational equipment prior to new hires' commencement dates. Conduct orientation sessions and maintain personnel files.
- Monitor staff movements, including confirmation dates for new hires and work pass expiry dates. Prepare HR-related letters, conduct exit interviews, and manage insurance coverage adjustments.
- Assist in the implementation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and statutory submissions.
- Support compensation management activities, including job description updates, market pricing, salary reviews, and variable pay management.
- Oversee the budget process for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accountability and accuracy.
- Drive talent development initiatives, including talent reviews, performance management, and training programs. Administer training and grants applications and track training activities.
- Foster employee engagement through organizing staff bonding activities such as annual dinners, teambuilding events, and festive celebrations.
- Support general office administration as needed.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Proven experience in human resources management, particularly in talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in payroll and benefits management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
