HR Business Partner

1. Support the full process of talent acquisition, including drafting advertisements, screening candidates, liaising with hiring managers, and preparing appointment letters.
2. Prepare documentation and resources for new hires, conduct orientations, and create personnel files.
3. Monitor staff movements, including confirmation dates and work pass expirations, and conduct exit interviews.
4. Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
5. Coordinate with HR Shared Services for payroll, time and attendance, and statutory submissions.
6. Assist in compensation management activities, including job description updates and salary reviews.
7. Manage the budget process for Singapore and Malaysia.
8. Support talent development needs, including performance management and training coordination.
9. Drive employee engagement activities and maintain effective employee relations.
10. Support general office administration as needed.
11. Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
